CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to: events@steadfast.com.au
The following refunds will usually apply from the date of receipt of notification:
On or before 15 August 2025 100% refund GST
From 16 August 2025 No refund available
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund will be made after 15 August 2025; however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.
The delegate acknowledges that this sum is a genuine pre-estimate of damage to Steadfast and not out of all proportion to Steadfast’s loss.
Please note no refund or discount will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.
Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the reasonable discretion of Steadfast.
COVID 19
If the NZ Conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to Covid 19 or an event beyond the reasonable control of Steadfast, then any full or partial refund is at the reasonable discretion of Steadfast.
GENERAL
The delegate will follow any reasonable direction by Steadfast including its direction to refuse admittance or expel from the conference anyone that is determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the conference or any other attendee. Each delegate consents and agrees that in the event of reasonable expulsion or refusal of admittance, he or she will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of amounts paid.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of New Zealand and each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
GST
All NZ Conference Registration Fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
CONSENT
Steadfast is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information you provide for this event registration. Any personal information you provide to us for the purposes of the NZ Conference including your name, position, organisation, address, phone details and a photo (optional) will be displayed on the Steadfast App and provided to our participants. The Steadfast App may require you to provide location data for use by the Steadfast App; we will treat this data as personal information. By registering for the NZ Conference, you will be consenting for us collecting, holding, using displaying and distributing your personal information as outlined in this clause.
Please note that registration requires download of the Steadfast App.
By registering for the NZ Conference, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the 2025 Steadfast NZ Conference, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by an officer or official of the Conference, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of Steadfast. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to email the Steadfast NZ Conference organiser at events@steadfast.com.au by 15 August 2025.
